European property companies' outlook broadly stable on good liquidity says Fitch Ratings

Fitch Ratings said its overall rating outlook for European property companies is broadly stable, as the larger rated property companies and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) have sound balance sheets and good liquidity to face the uncertain property markets of 2008 and beyond.
